About Us

Chris Sims comes from a butchery family; Chris' father began his butchery career in the early 1950s while Chris and his brothers have all taken up the family trade in both New Zealand and Australia. You could say Butchery is in the blood.

Chris is joined by Preston Page, an Auckland based chef with a passion for fine meats and fine food. Preston is based in the butchery helping with not only the butchery duties but working with clients to select and cook the finest meals in their own homes.

Ponsonby Butchers are conveniently located on Ponsonby road with generous parking right in front, across the road or on many ofPonsonby's side streets.
